The BCPs/BCPx in the BinaryChat directory are optimized for BinaryChat
and might not function properly on other bots.

The versions in the General directory should be fully compatible with
any BCP-compliant bot.  The "Optimized for BinaryChat" plugins are not
"better" than the general versions; they simply save space by using
shared BinaryChat libraries rather than the static linked versions.

Plugin descriptions will be added over time in the Documentation directory.

A plugin developer's SDK is also being assembled and will be located in the
SDK directory.
