I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a control on a form translucent so that you can see teh background image on the form through the control. i know it would be done with api if anyone knows please tell me. :D

It completely depends on the control. Some controls cannot be seen at all, no matter if they're "translucent" or not. For instance, the winsock control. At run time, it's more than translucent: it's invisible. So, it would be more help for you to tell us what control you're talking about.

if i didnt say what i ment enough i want something that can make a textbox a command button and a webbrowser translucent but not the form
