Thing | Don't worry about it, I already took the survey for you. You may get a weird response from those guys though. I think I included some stuff about having phone sex with the customer representative and something else about buying weapons from some guy in Armania. I'm sure it will be entertaining reading for whoever processes the form. :D I encourage others to fill it out also. Be creative! | November 28, 2004, 5:57 PM |
j0k3r | If it doesn't come from ebay/paypal, and has to do with ebay/paypal, you are right to (and should) delete it. Your personal information and finances are at risk, don't take the chance. | November 28, 2004, 5:59 PM |
The-Rabid-Lord | Thats what I thought. Well done Thing. LOL. Your response made me laugh :P If I get an email back illpost it for the world too see. What makes me worry is they knew I sent an email to pyapal on that day and they know my name. What else could they know? | November 28, 2004, 6:01 PM |
hismajesty | Where does it ask for your account? | November 28, 2004, 7:07 PM |

There's always the chance of XSS or spoofed URLs (there's about 50 ways to spoof URLs in Internet Explorer) or something ellse wierd. And Thing, I love you so much! I laughed my ass off when you said that! :D | November 28, 2004, 8:25 PM |

iago | Perhaps it uses a browser exploit to tail his cookies! :-o | November 28, 2004, 9:13 PM |
Fr0z3N | No one has tryed http://www.benchmarkportal.com/ yet? That was the first thing I looked at and I instantly knew it was fake. Paypal and ebay don't subdomain themselves. I encourage everyone to let your imagination SOAR and fill out the survey with fake, distubing, funny, etc information. | November 29, 2004, 4:20 AM |
The-Rabid-Lord | Just took the survey and went on about the lack of lesbian DVD's I wasnt offerend and how "One time at band camp my friend stuck a guitar up his ass" :P | November 29, 2004, 12:48 PM |
Denial | You indicated that you do not agree with PayPal’s policy in this matter. To which policy are you referring? My mail order bride never came to me i was instead shipped a donkey which was dead in the package that ups delivered me What is it about the policy that you disagree with? I should either get my deed to my house back or get my mail order bride What could the representative have done differently to satisfy you with his/her professionalism and knowledge? He could have sent me to seek help instead he just laughed at me when i told him my story and he then asked me if i visited slashdot.org and i told him i did and then he told me go find some porn | December 3, 2004, 7:31 AM |
