Where can I get them? I looked over a billion source codes and I can't find on that works. I google'd it, went to like 20 sites, found nothing that worked. Is there a tutorial or something that works?

That means you used one billion seconds.  Or:
16,666,666 2/3 minutes.  (I'll be generous and round down to 16,666,666).
277,777.76666... hours (again, I'll be generous and round down to 277,777).
11,504.0416666... days (11,504).
31.52 years (rounded normally).

That is AMAZING!  You've been searching for Windows-XP style buttons for, well, about 29 years before they were even INVENTED!

Wait!  You're probably not even as efficient as Data.

I believe these are what he's referring to.  I'm goona guess by XP-Style buttons he means the rounded ones, not rectangles.  After about a minute of searching, I was able to come up with this nice example. I hope this helps in your project.

To have an XP look on XP and Up OS's you need to create a MANIFEST file.

For anything under you need to skin it yourself.
