crashtestdummy | I work in a greek and lebanese restaurant and I make falafel by hand. It's quite a bit of work. | October 14, 2004, 11:45 PM |

Netcooler | Falafel OWNS! Especially "Ha'pa'amonim", located in Ramat Ha'sharon, near my city. Best Falafel and/or Shawarma in the country. Damn good, I tell you. If you put the Falafel in a Lafa in stead of a Pita, you can cram in a whole lot more shit in it. Damn best thing I've ever eaten. Pizza is good too. | October 26, 2004, 5:34 PM |
crashtestdummy | I hate to make the falafel. | October 26, 2004, 9:28 PM |

crashtestdummy | It's tons of vegetables ground up, then mixed together with lots of spices, and then it's deep fried in little cakes... it's pretty damn good. | October 27, 2004, 7:54 PM |
Arta | Actually it's chickpeas & coriander, with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few other bits. Some people put tahini in it as well. | October 27, 2004, 9:17 PM |
hismajesty | That doesn't look too good. :( | October 27, 2004, 10:24 PM |
crashtestdummy | Ours is chickpeas, parsley, red and green bellpeppers, jalapenos, chiles, celery, lemon juice, salt, black and red pepper, garlic, and I think thats about it. And we have make a tahini sauce to go with it. I looked coriander up and we don't put it in ours but it may be expensive in America or called something else. | October 28, 2004, 5:47 AM |
