jigsaw | Which do you prefer and why? | September 27, 2004, 6:05 AM |
Eibro | WindowMaker! | September 27, 2004, 11:52 AM |
Yoni | GNOME. It seems more lightweight while still extremely intuitive. (Of course, if you want a lightweight WM, neither KDE nor GNOME are what you're looking for...) | September 27, 2004, 11:56 AM |
iago | I don't like either. But if I had to choose, Gnome. | September 27, 2004, 12:21 PM |
jigsaw | Ah, Eibro didn't even understand what was asked. "KDE vs GNOME." However everyone knows fluxbox is far better than WindowMaker. | September 27, 2004, 12:39 PM |
iago | [quote author=jigsaw link=topic=8901.msg82258#msg82258 date=1096288746] Ah, Eibro didn't even understand what was asked. "KDE vs GNOME." jigsaw | Iago, clearly you are wrong - it is a fact that fluxbox is superior :P | September 27, 2004, 2:49 PM |
crashtestdummy | The facts aren't there for me. On SuSE windowmaker > fluxbox. I may try it on slack later tonihgt or maybe fedora if I bring that computer in my room later. I liked KDE a little better than gnome but I haven't played with the new gnome. | September 28, 2004, 12:56 AM |
