iago | Ok, here's the story: I was helping my grandpa's friend with his Windows ME install, which ate itself. He has a "System Restore" disk which came with his computer, which I assumed would put the original image on the computer. Turns out, all it did was format/install Windows 98. And it doesn't come with a cdkey. So now I'm stuck till I find a key. And I'm rather annoyed at his computer's manufacturer. Incidentally, it's a P2 350mhz with 64mb ram, so Windows 98 is probably the best possible version I can install. I know that almost everybody has a dusty old copy of Windows 98 laying around. Would somebody mind PMing me an unused cdkey that they have? Thanks! | September 22, 2004, 1:13 AM |
