How do you disable this? I can't find the option to disable it in the properties anywhere. I also tried searching for it, and came up with useless information.

Set it to default. Then look at the "command line" option. You will not see a /RTC switch. Hoorah. Or you can choose /RTCs or /RTCu. /RTC1 is equivalent to both.
