We had discussed things beforehand, just incase something like this happend. Therefore, she was on the pill and I had little to worry about.

Or, if she has birth control pills, just double the dosage (within a week of the incident).

If she refuses to get an abortion, get an attorney immediately and request to exercise your rights to abort your paternity. If your attorney says you cannot, that is the woman's choice, evoke the 4th amendment on his stupid ass and tell him that if the law allows a woman to end parenthood up to the 2nd trimester, then the father should be allowed the equal protection of law.

Well, then get an attorney who understands the constitution and is not afraid of the court.

But overall, if she decides to play a little power trip, remember if she has the legal rights to decide whether to keep it up to a certain date, then the law MUST allow you the same rights up to the same date.

She is on birth control pills but I'm still freaking out. And she's pro-abortion.

I'm still freaking out; I didn't sleep at all last night.

She's on birth control. That's 99.9% effective. Just wait a month and get a pregnancy test. You have months before abortion is to late. And get a job if you don't have one to pay for an abortion. Or in some states it's free. Like california.

Yes. I don't see why it wouldn't be since, legally, minors can have sex here.

Isn't $t0rms dad an attorney? Ask him to represent you if things take a turn for the worst. :P

In a post a long time ago you were talking about a staff member at your school and put "he was a witness in my dads case" or something to that effect. :)

I think, minor sex being illegal or not, they would prefer that kids get access to birth control rather than have unwanted children.

It's like here, a couple weeks ago, they gave away free crackpipes/matches/condoms. The idea being, people are going to do it anyway, irregardless if it's illegal, so they'd might as well do it safely.

I'm telling you, if she doubles her birth control dosage, it's basically the same exact thing as taking the morning after pill. The morning after pill is just double the amount of hormones in a birth control pill.
September 20, 2004, 12:57 PM

Yeah. I wouldn't play around with mixing different types of birth control or just doubling the dose. I'd call a doctor.

Hold on, I'm confused. Why are we freaked out if she's on the pill? IIRC the "failure rate" of the pill is about 9%, which is only due to forgetting to take it.

Summary: my girlfriend's on the pill. She takes it every day at the same time; I have no children yet.

Doubling up on protection is a fairly safe bet when you're talking about using DIFFERENT types of contraceptives (such as condom plus the pill).

Give birth to the kid and then sell his organs on the black market.  This way you can recieve money and then buy more expensive condoms and hoes to use them on.
