If the volume of his rocket pack's tank,in cubic centimeters, can be found by rotating the function around the x-axis on the interval (0,6), how much fuel does it hold. Will he have enough fuel to get back to his ship?

It doesn't matter how much it holds, as long as it holds some. In space, there is no (significant) other force acting upon Emanuel, so as long as he points himself towards the ship and there are no major cosmological bodies in the way, any amount will get him back to his ship.

You presumably missed the definition of how much fuel is needed per km travelled that could be found in the question. Apparently there are some small forces acting upon him.
