Yoni | http://yoni.valhallalegends.com/stuff/Grades.png History - 81 Civics - 72 Bible - 80 Literature - 83 (this is a really funny one - proves national literature test checkers are as dumb as my teacher. some of the crap I wrote on this test was less coherent than the average botdev post) Composition - 91 Physics - 100 in mechanics, 100 in electricity and magnetism, 100 in "extra chapters" ("modern physics" and "alternating current"), 91 in lab (assholes) | August 26, 2004, 2:59 PM |
The-Rabid-Lord | They dont tell us our percentages but my grades were:- ICT - B Maths - B Science - CC Religeous Studies - C Welsh Language - C English - C English Lit. - C Geography - D Im a C average but I passed Maths with a B which I expected to Fail. | August 26, 2004, 3:59 PM |
j0k3r | English - 67 Computer Science - 62 Math - 60 Chemistry - 53 Edit: My computer science teacher expected us to be psychic, he would randomly update an assignment without telling us, and fail us when we didn't meet his criteria. Chemistry was the easiest course, I did no homework, no assignment, skipped our ISU (15% of final grade) and skipped a page on the exam. Edit2: Oops, this isn't my final year, remove post if you want it to only be about final year grades. | August 26, 2004, 4:13 PM |

Maddox |
How do letters convert to numerical grades?
Our school does it as follows. 90 - 100 = A 80 - 89 = B 70 - 79 = C 60 - 69 = D 59 and below = F I try to work just hard enough to get the lowest percentile possible. For example if I have an 85 in a class, I'll usually slack off enough to get it down to 78-79 and then do well on the final to bring up my overall grade. | August 28, 2004, 11:16 PM |
