Anyone aware of a successful game bot for Diablo 2 made in VB?
I don't know much about debugging or ASM, and I know only a little of C/C++. I was hoping to find something to go by in VB, regardless of how old it is.

lol, I'll try to be more specific in what kind of an answer I was looking for. Will someone not only tell me if they know of any, but would they please tell me the name of them at least? One that is downloadable, preferably one that is open source.

You won't get one that is open source, it's hard enough to get one that is closed source.

If it took you a long time to write, wouldn't it make MORE sense to release your work so people can learn from it?

Releasing sources in C++ and Java are fine because most people have no clue how to use them anyways and won't bother learning, where as VB is pretty simple, it is not hard to make a few changes and recompile.

When its done can you tell me? I'd like to try it, and see how obvious it looks from a normal persons point a view. If its any good I might not get my cdkey banned.

Bleh. I'll be releasing my bot's connection library to open-source when I make the next release. And it took me a long time to write. :P

I was hoping for something like D2JSP but for vb instead of javascript.
Like an activex control or something. Just thought it'd be a good idea even if I'm not good enough to do it :P. Any of you guys working on one now interested in giving me any good starting tips? I've been working with Windbg a bit and trying to get into C++. I just didn't realize how complex it'd be to do something like this.

Btw, any closed source onces available anyone know of that can give me a name or something to go by?

I take that as a no?

Generally, people frown on you 1.) asking for source code, and 2.) posting a reply to a topic just to get it to the top.
