Who were they hiring before?

Once I saw a sign that was posted up for Taco Bell and it said.

For those who don't get it, it's supposed to say management.

A few weeks ago when I was on vacation the sign out front of one of the more popular restraunts there said "Now Hiring Fresh Fish." Obviously it was supposed to be read as seperate things, but I didn't read it like that. I didn't have my camera when we went to dinner there, and the next day they had changed it.
