Edit: What do you have against Blizz tech support? They don't owe you anything, it's a free service that has kindly been provided by Blizzard.

Its Open tech support, not the one with reps on west.

Just For Laughs, But i actually Answered that question and it only took me about 20 minutes and he still didn't know what abot was.
