Warcraft III v1.04c has been pushed to all of the Battle.net chatservers, and is now supported by BNLS.  There were no major protocol changes in this patch; if you were using BNLS to acquire the latest version byte/version check values, then you should not have any problems logging in with the new version without any clientside changes.
