I'm very disappointed in the fact that comcast buys out at&t as an isp, then goes money hungry. Raising the service price to $60/mo ... The service isn't worth that amount of money ... *Sigh* time to find out what dsl is like.

They already raised it to $54 dollars a few months ago.

I got my internet at about 25 a month, comcast cable, 3mbit dl about 300k ul, because we have stock in comcast so we managed to get a deal for that, and my dad is a jew and can always manage to haggle them into getting us on the new users's rates. You should try doing that, ask them for their current special, if they do not just give it to you threaten to get dsl, then if they do not give it too you either they called your bluff or you are going dsl.

I think $60/month is only if you don't have Comcast Cable TV.

we pay about that for tv and cable though, 25/mo for cable internet, 40 for the broadband tv... I guess like 80 channels no black box.. whadeva.

but the way someone explained it to me is, if we don't
let them add cable t.v. to our plan it's 55 a month but
if we let them add cable t.v. it's 60 a mo, now if we
don't let them add cable t.v. now it'll be 80 a month
later on... which i think is fucking lame. Comcast is
fucking lame and i think someone should seriously start
a successful boycott campaign to put these fuckers out
(but you know that will never happen so w/e)
