I am still trying to learn how to make a basic bot that will connect to bnet. If anyone could tell me where to get cleanslate + the source it would be greatly appreciated.  :)

CleanSlateBot is Not a bot, It is an ActiveX Control (*.ocx) that helps you make a bot. It can be downloaded at
http://cuphead.valhallalegends.com/cleanslatebot.ocx and the documentation to it can be found at
http://cuphead.valhallalegends.com/ocx.htm.
