"Flash and Shockwave" can be discussed in the Web development forum here. I don't think it deserves its own category. Everything else on that site doesn't look like anything new, especially the "Fun Forum..."

Well, since I picked the name, and people at first thought it a bit confusing, and then it's turned out pretty OK, it should be a unique enough name... :P

Advertising your forum on another forum is a nono, it's pretty much standard etiquette. I can't think of any programming that won't fit into this forum so yours would be pretty much a waste of time. Also, if you're going to make/host a site and advertise it atleast pay for a domain name (it's like $8.95) instead of using noob.tk, and pay $3/month for some hosting so you don't get all those banners.

If you're going to advertise, I'd suggest putting it in your signature or the website section of your profile.

Make it a url. put URL and /URL tags with [ ] around each, and the address between them.

Here is an example with spaces ...

[ u r l ] http://www.valhallalegends.com [ / u r l ]

Don't put the spaces in yours.
