A person from newfoundland, the only place in the world that is in a half timezone. They are 2.5 hours ahead of me. 2.5!!

They are stereotypically the dumbest people in canada, except of course for spht.

Actually there's ~5 more that use a "half timezone", look at the little windows timezone selector thing. Kathmandu uses +5:45, weirdos!
