During what packet when connecting to Bnet would Bnet ask you to reg your D2 name....cuz I wanna work with the reg system and I was just hoping someone could tell me?

Assuming you mean register an e-mail address with an account, there are already multiple threads covering this.

I was unable to find them........can you give me a hint of what to look for?

Don't forget 0x5A (request new password) also which wasn't included there:

STRING Accountname
STRING E-mail address

And, 0x5B (Change e-mail) must be sent before logging on
