Im in Ontario and when my brother was 18 he could drink. Anyway hes twenty now.

Maybe it's Quebec that's 19.

Either Ontario or Quebec is, for sure, because people who live in Ottawa-Hull who are 18 always migrate to one half of the city to drink :)

I never understood the 21 drinking age here in the US; Isn't it 18 in most of the rest of the western hemisphere? If you're old enough to serve in the army and die for your country, aren't you old enough to have a beer?
