I'm also picking USM. When the score was TCU 3, USM 0, DM reminded me to pick (in channel), and I told him USM. So that's my pick and I'm sticking to it!

TCU @ Southern Miss (Yes I know the game is already underway when I post this, but due to the recent downtimes, I have been unable to post my pick em picks, so whether you take this is your call Grok. I was going to select Southern Miss anyway. :) )

No problem. USM is the obvious choice. They're a giant killer.

You didn't do any homework. I've been waiting for this game for weeks, to shut TCU up and their soft schedule. Pansy opponents do not prepare a team for real competition. TCU's schedule is 90th softest in Div I-A, out of 117 teams.

Meanwhile, Southern Miss has always recruited decently, and they take on the big guys, Nebraska, Alabama, etc. Lost to them, but they know how to play 60 minutes of real football, and they're better practiced at avoiding assignment errors, execution errors.

You all do realize that Texas Tech has almost zero chance of knocking off the Sooners.

Yeah, but it should be interesting...

#1 offense vs. #1 defense, AT Texas Tech which is a Bermuda Triangle...

It could happen! ::)

I disagree. I see their chances as 50%.

Either Oklahoma will win, or Texas Tech will win.
