| Forged | I have asked this once already, and as it is on topic and I couldnt see a moved thread I will ask it again. I am trying to run a server off of win xp with apache 1.3.38 using php 4.3.2 and mysql 3.23.49. this isnt my problem but I didnt know if it would help so I added it.... Anyway I cant seem to let people connect with my router even after I cut off the firewall, I use a netgear rp114 router with a pcx1100J toshiba cable modem.
