So does CS look any different from Half-Life?

What do you mean does it look any different? Of course it has different models and textures etc but it's all the exact same engine so it obviously has similarities.

Everything is the same except skins and textures pretty much... The models for guns and the players will look different but not better. The collision and capabilities are all the same I think though.
