This is a real decal, stuck onto select powerboxes by Manitoba hydro, in the hopes, I'm guessing, to cause people to laugh so hard they can't possibly open it.

The picture was taken at night, and thus it had to be digitally enhanced (by me) .. if you can't tell what's happening, it's a kid about to open the powerbox, and a bird, wearing a RED BASEBALL HAT, is flying over and telling him "NO!"
