i dont know how many of u use trillian (http://trillian.cc) but it is now possible in version pro 2.0 to make ur own medium. its always been a hope of mine that one day i could log onto bnet and chat with my buds would anyone be intrested in making this plugin or is it possible?

I'm not sure about actually using trillian's plugin API... However, I made a third party plugin that allows you to connect trillian's IRC client (and most other IRC clients out there) to battle.net, effectively giving you the impression of chatting on bnet from trillian:

also it would be cool if it dloaded ur buddies from the server and added them to your contact list like Echo from www.sclegacy.com does

It's semi-private right now, sorry. All you have to do is set up a third party server and make it convert the packet's protocol as they go like this:

(IRC) < -- > (Your server) < -- > (Bnet)

Just convert the IRC packets to Bnet packets and vise versa, in hacking terms the server would be called a "man in the middle" attack, if you want to read further into it.
