Hey, when I start the computer there is a password on it before it logs in, for a username.

My question is, once you are logged in, can you find a way to find the password? (This happens by once they put the password in for you, your in their main part)

I checked registry, but perhaps I didn't check well enough... Does anyone know a way to find the password once logged in? Thanks.

By far, the easiest way to extract a password from a user is to ask them. Any black hat will confirm this.

setup a hidden camera and watch what they type...in your super secret bat cave...or put one of those nifty key logger things that plugs into the keyboard port and it records all the keys pressed...then yeah go from there...i saw one at some geek store online a while back
