Ozzapoo | Hey, does anyone know how long you are banned for if you send Battle.Net a deformed packet? | November 10, 2008, 5:41 AM |
Ribose | Awful long. If it was SID_AUTH_CHECK, awful longer. I'd say wait an hour, then wait a couple hours, then wait a day, then it should be gone by then. | November 10, 2008, 5:51 AM |

Ozzapoo | But does SID_AUTH_CHECK get you banned longer? or not? | November 10, 2008, 6:22 AM |
Barabajagal | I've been banned for a couple days cause of AUTH_INFO and AUTH_CHECK screw-ups. | November 10, 2008, 6:26 AM |
Ozzapoo | AUTH_INFO? I'm testing SID_AUTH_INFO right now... and the ban seems to be only 20 minutes =/ | November 10, 2008, 6:31 AM |
PyroManiac606 | It depends on what you messed up. In most cases, it's only 5 to 30 minutes. The ones I've received as a result of a malformed 0x50 were fairly short (10-15 minutes) compared to those received from screwing up 0x51, which were more along the lines of two weeks. | November 10, 2008, 8:43 PM |
