has some one know about d2dv's files format?

Which files? MPQs can be opened with MPQ extractors, such as Ladik's MPQ Editor. The sounds and music are standard audio formats, the videos are Smacker, and I believe the character info is some proprietary format (Ringo was getting into it some time ago, maybe he's got more info on it).
