Ishbar | So essentially I have this problem... I had installed Windows 2000 because a crack I had used for Windows XP (to overide the 30 days registration) didn't work and welp...I got stuck in that loop bullshit. Basically what happens is as you see above...my Windows 2k loads up fine...the blue bar fills...then a once normal and fruitful logo of Windows 2000 Prof. becomes slightly distorted as if it were an image turned to JPEG from Bitmap, or something of that sort. It just freezes at that...windows loads up, but all I see is that screen. Obviously that is just a lewd screenshot of normal windows doctored to look bad but it's roughly what that looks like... Any ideas as to solving this? (Currently running in Safe mode w/ networking.) | November 17, 2006, 11:54 PM |

Also, when he installed Windows XP Home, it was not cracked. The copy of XP is a legit copy I bought from BestBuy. He ran a crack software after it was installed. It had failed because he was supposed to have registered under a certain name as well, he did not register at all. | November 18, 2006, 5:42 PM |
