I have spawned yet another question, this one has been troubling me for sometime now ... how is it that I obtain a different ip for each of my servers, so that my cs:source dedicated servers that I host for my customers are all on a default port (27015) so that they are added to the master server. Because obviously I need a different ip for each server I host, since there can't be any two of the same port shared on the same ip ... ?

You don't.  Use a virtual machine set on a subdomain.  Or increment the ports (27016, 27017, etc...).

If it's 'nix you setup alias interfaces (through ifconfig) for each ip that you have been assigned and bind the server to that ip through the hlds config file....  This has absolutely nothing to do with web development, why on earth did you post it here.
