| UserLoser | SphtBot doesn't reconnect too fast. It'll reconnect about 1 second after first disconnection, then 2 seconds after that, then 4 seconds after that, and so on sometimes up to a minute or more of delay. Sounds like you were disconnected and banned, not banned because you reconnected "too fast" there's no such thing unless you're reconnecting about 10 times in 15 seconds or less. Note that the bot doesn't let you do the last thing I mentioned. Sounds like human error here, not the server or the bot | October 13, 2006, 4:49 PM |
| thebigred | I don't think I was banned due to reconnecting itself, but the fact that it was the same cd key being spammed twice rapidly. so in 1 minute I'd have approx 2(1+2+4+8+16+32) connects with cd keys in use and same user name. Do you guys think that if I try logging in like once every 24 hours would prolong the ban? EDIT: Unbanned in exactly 2 weeks. | October 13, 2006, 6:17 PM |
