According to their page, which I cannot access right now because too many users are connected, Microsoft bought out Sysinternals and will be integrating some of the utilities into the Windows product lines.  Both of the Sysinternals guys will be going to work for Microsoft.

Microsoft is probably more interested in the winternals tools, so I doubt we'll be seeing the sysinternals tools go away.
