hmm.. the proxy that we are forced to use at school doesn't allow connections on port 8383 (or, in fact, any ports that aren't ftp, ssh, http, mail, and a couple others).  Any idea how to use webmail without it?  I'm on a linix machine so I don't have outlook.

Ah, fixed it.. I have to specify http:// first and then it'll let me connect to different ports.
