although when I tried to use http://www.valhallalegends.com/skywing/isapi/BinaryChatISAPI.dll?channellistex=WNGWebBot&css=http://www.clanwng.com/webbot.css  it didn't work. Could you please show me what I did wrong and help me fix it so it works?

The ISAPI query string works slightly different than typical ones.  That should be ?css=.

Also, make sure that you regsitered the account WNGWebBot.  As long as 1) the account is registered, 2) you're logged on, and 3) the css file is formatted correctly, it should work.
