Yeah, well we just got a new computer and my mom went to install itunes and try to upload the songs from her ipod to the computer.  Unfortunately, due to bad wording of an itunes popup, she erased all of her songs and ended up putting the two sample songs that come with mediaplayer.  We still have the old computer, but with no power supply or motherboard, so restoring the old harddrive is still possible.  Is there anyway to get her songs back on without annoying my dad in to paying some guy to come out and transfer the files from the old computer?

I would install the old hard drive in the new computer as a slave hard drive. If you're not up to the task, got any friends or acquaintances who're familiar enough with computers to do that? It's not very hard.
