We owned their #2 dude yesterday, along with 16 other Pakastanis. Seemed like we finally did something right, until our terrorist-civilian score hit 1-16.

And you know what? Somebody else will take his place, and nothing will change.  The same thing that would happen if Bin Laden was caught.

It might put them in a hurt for a while.
If we catch Osama in the right place we might be able to find his economic info then we could freeze all of his millions that fund the terrorists.

Its like taking down the President, Cheyney would replace him ( Which I think he'd want to happen ), the the next man in line and so on and so forth. =\.  Maybe if this were a real war it'd make a difference, like killing a General, then his troops are fudged in a sense, because Generals are Generals for a reason, in most cases these Terrorists get their positions by the size of their wallets and not their knowlege of the enemy.  :-\

Is there evidence of that, or did you just make that up?

I don't know about you, but when I think about terrorists, I don't think of them as rich people.  Maybe some are, but clearly many aren't.

[/quote]I think Osama is the only big time rich terrorist by profession.
I'd be willing to bet that there are rich people that fund terrorists though

That's what I was implying. The real terrorists are the people who fund terrorism. I just didn't word myself so well.

No, the real terrorists are the people who are pissed off at other countries, and will do anything to help their cause.  The people who fund them are bad too, and the people who use terrorism to help them politically (Bush Jr. comes to mind) are just as bad.
