Because there are very few methods to enforce this, it will be based on an honor system. if you are caught cheating in any way, you will be automatically disqualified and shamed. Cheating sucks. Rushing and so forth is allowed. If both participants choose to set a "no rush" time limit, that is up to them. Post your game result, and be sure to save a replay, in case of any discrepancies. If your game is a draw, play until there is a winner. No ties. -- Contact your opponent through PM, or post how you can be reached.
