Has anyone seen Warden active lately? I have been packet logging for the past couple of days but so far nothing. I am trying to research these packets along with the file it supposedly downloads, but it is difficult when I have no data to work with.

I noticed this as well when i had another look at it 2 days ago. I can't imagine they are disabling it permanently.

My bet is that they are creating a new dynamic module to reflect circumvention methods being employed in the new hacks released.

I have not yet been able to locate the code to generate 0x66. Are you having the same problems dxoigmn? It always seems to lead to dead ends. Which is a good indicator that the dynamic code being executed is generating the contents of the packet as well as checking for loaded hack modules in memory.

Things like 0x6D though are quite easy to find, it's just 0x66 that seems to be doing something out of the ordinary. They could be using anti-debugging techniques also, im not sure.

I don't plan on publically releasing any information so no worries ;) Warden "discussion" (I use the term lightly because it is mostly speculation)  is all over many other and more popular forums.

What forums would these be?  I don't know of any (living) Battle.net development related forums other than this besides BlizzHackers, but I do believe that's gone now-a-days...

Blizzhackers is still around albeit not in its same state. There is also GameMunchers which I believe is Netter's forum and RealmGX. Most of of those are just general Diablo 2 discussions, but people do know about warden within the hacking community.

What is this "Warden" you all speak of?
