KkBlazekK | Maybe your connecting a not-updated-yet server? are you connecting to the uswest.... or an ip? | August 11, 2005, 8:30 PM |
iago | I'm using a dns, useast.battle.net. I'm not sure if there's a pattern, and I can't waste too much time at work. I'll figure it out tonight | August 11, 2005, 8:31 PM |

Lenny | I don't think DNS's don't rotate very often with their respective IPs. (Don't quote me on this though) | August 11, 2005, 9:26 PM |
Yegg | Around 3:00PM I was having connection issues. I didn't think they'd have another update already. | August 11, 2005, 9:50 PM |
iago |
I don't think DNS's don't rotate very often with their respective IPs. (Don't quote me on this though)
I actually pull the full list, pick a random one, and connect. So the odds are 1/14 of having the same one twice. Anyway, I was wrong, the version hash is 0x01010303. My bad. I edited my original post. Also, I suspect my problem may have to do with how I'm caching data. So I'll have to see what's going on there. That is all. End trasmission. | August 11, 2005, 10:39 PM |
Psycho | I just copied and pasted the files from my updated Starcraft folder and I've had no trouble with connecting. | August 12, 2005, 12:57 PM |
Lenny | Well, you shouldn't since the version byte hasn't changed and exe info is superfluous for authentication... | August 12, 2005, 1:25 PM |
