Fr0z3N | I got a ton of new hardware and had to reformat and reinstall windows. Well I have a full install cd (lost key) and I have a upgrade (lost win98). So, I used the full install CD with a fake/illegal key or w/e hoping that when I activate I could just give my upgrade product #. Well it seems I can't. So what can I do now to avoid activating or activate with my upgrade key? I already called MS about getting my full key back and stuff and thats a no go. Damn assholes. Made me verify everything and go through a ton of shit to end up saying no they can't give it to me. | August 11, 2005, 1:28 AM |
