I'm pissed in general about giving Africa more money.

Its so back in forth with my support, Blair wants to double relief to Africa -1 to him, then wants to crack down on pollution +1.  Bush wants to make sure the governments in Africa stabilize before we throw money at them so +1, then he wants to dismiss harder pollution standards because it will hurt the people who pay his bills, -1.

So basically they are about as neutral as Switzerland?

They're just using file footage to get their point accross. Doesn't mean they're stupid, just means they don't feel sending some guy to film smoke stacks.
