You don't have the Visual C++ 7.0 runtime files, or you just don't have BCEL.dll.  Get the runtime files here.

Version check obviously failed, see how to fix it below.

If you're not using a profile and the bot is running as a NT service, goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Valhalla's Legends\Spht\SphtBotv3, otherwise, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Valhalla's Legends\Spht\SphtBotv3\<profile name>.  If it's not running as a NT service, try looking in HKEY_CURRENT_USER, but check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE anyways.  Assuming you're either using Starcraft, or Starcraft: Brood War, find the key named STAR version byte or SEXP version byte, respectively.  Then modify it's value to be 0xcd.
