What services are there, that allow you to send an SMS message from a computer to a cellphone (I don't care about replies), are free, preferably don't require registration, and don't collect your phone number for spam?

I know ICQ satisfies the above (minus the registration part). Anything other than ICQ?

Edit: Oh, and don't point me to top Google results, unless you can convince me that they don't collect phone numbers for spam.

Does Verizon exist in Israel? If so, they have that through their website http://www.vtext.com.

No. We have 3 cellular networks in Israel: Pelephone, Cellcom and Orange. I am particularly interested in Orange.

[in reference to AIM IM Forwarding] That doesn't support all phones, like mine.  I have a virgin mobile phone, whose txt message thing is/doubles as an email ( 5554829876@vmobl.com ). So I wrote a program that signs onto aim and sends all incoming messages to the email address.

AIM IM forwarding is US-only, I think.
Either that or it just doesn't work for me (while ICQ thingie does).
