is there anyway I can make my window (form) so that it can't change size, but it can be minimized too? (I have an MDI Form, and when the MDI is maxed, the mdi maxes the child too--I don't want this to happen, but be able to minimize my form at the same time.

Also, when I maximize my child form inside of my MDI, the title bar disappears and the icon goes into the toolbar. Can I prevent this from happening somehow, also?
