This error pops up everytime that I start my laptop, anyidea how I can fix it?

Well, that's just one way that'll most likely fix it.  There's probably an easier way, but I have no patience with Windows' problems.

Run msconfig, and remove that from the startup...

I don't think you can stop "Generic Host for Win32 Processes" from running.  It's something important.  :P

Hmm, it isn't always doing it on startup, only randomly.  How odd

Check the report or load the dump in windbg and see what dlls are loaded in the process. The uninstall whatever product installed those dlls. Or it could be a worm, if so, update your Windows.

"Something about" is not enough. Check the full list of loaded dlls for it.

It looks like it crashes when you shutdown your system.  Windows usually displays junk like that at startup when something crashed at shutdown...
