Zakath | I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you haven't got any idea what "hashing" is... Anyways, by saying "hashing yourself" people mean that the Version, CD-Key, and password hashing should be done locally, on the user's computer, rather than via a server like the BNLS server - this is the way my bot does it, although I'm eventually going to add support for remote hashing, once I start working on my bot again (which requires that I have an internet connection on my personal computer again, grrr). | January 3, 2003, 10:47 PM |
