I was trying to capture packets while logging into starcraft but because of having dial up etherreal prevenets starcraft from connecting. I was wondering if some could upload a connection/login packet log i could learn from. (That I can open with ethereal.)

I know that Ethereal doesn't work on dialup.  Perhaps try a different packetsniffer, like "WPE"?  http://www.fly.to/mtc
