I don't have a favourite unit.  It rather depends what the person I'm playing against (or with) is using.  Some units work better with certain units, and some units work better against certain units.  It varies game to game.

He's not talking in strategic terms; just your own personal bias.  :)

My favorite unit would probably have to be Cretan Archers. Those guys really can tear it up.

Maybe i should start a Starcaft fav unit, warcraft and diablo :)

All those 5 units suck.

Lurkers, I love blowing up probes scvs,

lings are the most fun. Get about 150 of those with all the ups and have a party.

My favourite unit is the one that is appropriate to use at the given time.  Besides that, I don't have one.

My fav is defilers.

Firebat. Just immagine if one of those dudes passed gas while they were invading.

I Like Zerglings. Their Speed Upgrade looks really cool and it makes them make 2 hits in 1 second. OF course massing them when the enemy has mass AA is not a good idea.

My favorite unit is Kerrigan, shes so hot
