Installing Stealthbot v2.6R3
This is for an old version of StealthBot. See the download page for the most recent version.
StealthBot 2.6 required the below steps to work. Since the 2.6 installer is inaccessible now, you cannot use it. Use 2.7 instead.
Step 1
You will need to navigate to the download page [note that at current time, you cannot access the 2.6 download because the link redirects to the 2.7 download] and click Click here to begin your download!.
Step 2
Install StealthBot to the default directory.
Step 3
Download one of the updated executables, depending on what client you want to use.
Client for Starcraft and Warcraft II
Client for Diablo II and Warcraft III
You must replace the default executable, even if you think you already have it.
Step 4
Remove any lines in your configuration file that have "VerByte" in it.
- Open your config file by going to Settings -> Edit Files... -> Config.
- Press Ctrl+F to open the Find dialog.
- Type in "VerByte" and hit enter, if a line is found delete it, then repeat until none are found.
- If you do not find any lines containing the text "VerByte", just ignore this step. Don't close the configuration yet. Please move on to the next step.
Step 5
Find the line [Main] and under it put (on a new line):
SetBNLSServer=alendar.no-ip.org
and save the file.
Check the BNLS server list for other official BNLS Servers.
Step 6
Now it's time to fill in your own personal information, if you haven't already. Go to Settings -> Bot Settings, and fill out your information.
